Terms of service

My artwork

All of my work is done without the usage of AI. I intend to keep it that way. Please respect my choices.Do not edit, trace, or draw over my artwork - commission or not. If you have commissioned work from me, please ask for a touch up if something appears off or if you would like something quickly changed.Do not feed my art to AI. This includes past, present and future artwork - commission or not.Do not redistribute or repost my artwork. My work is available for all to view via social medias, so please do not claim my work as your own or post without consent from me.

Use & Posting Commissioned Work

You are welcomed to use my art as a print for yourself, as a profile picture and/or banner, or for self-training. Please provide credit when doing so.You are welcome to post your commissioned artwork on social media even if I haven't yet so long as you credit me appropriately.You are welcome to print your commission for personal use. You may only sell prints of your commission if you pay for the Commercial Merchandising Rights to your piece.Please do not use my artwork for projects I have not agreed to without commercial rights.As mentioned previously, do not edit / trace / draw over / AI my art.

Waitlist & QUEUE

I use a waitlist & queue system to make progress on my commissions. The waitlist has a cap of 10 projects at a time while my queue has no solid cap and completely depends on my energy and what projects I currently have ongoing.Once on the waitlist you are welcome to cancel at any time without any charges.
Frequent cancellations will have you on my do-not-serve list for future commissions.I review new waitlist entries as soon as I am able, if I feel your commission is not something I can execute well then I will decline your commission.You have 1 week to respond to the commission proposal unless it is communicated with me that you need more time. I am very flexible, so please don't hesitate to DM me. I will decline your commission if you fail to respond / contact me within the 1 week.To view my waitlist and queue please check out my trello.

Waitlist Bypassing & Rush Order Fees

"Waitlist Bypassing" means you would bypass everyone on my waitlist and get put onto my commission queue ASAP. This does NOT mean you bypass the commissions already ongoing. To bypass ongoing commissions, you would need to pay a rush order fee on top of a waitlist bypassing fee.While I offer bypassing & rush orders at a fee, I do have limitations on when I do allow it. It all depends on my current workload and how many people have already requested a bypass/rush.Waitlist bypassing fee is +100% of the original cost of your project. Rush order fees depend on the date you need to project by.Please DM me prior to ordering if you intend to request a bypass and/or rush order.

Intellectual Property Rights & Other Rights

As the artist, I always have the Intellectual Property Rights aka the right to claim the work as my own creation and to use it for examples & portfolios.As the commissioner, you have Personal Rights by default.As the commissioner, you can pay for Monetized and Merchandising rights, but you do not have it by default.Refer to chart below :

Payment Plans / Refunds / Chargebacks / Holds

I am willing to do Payment Plans for any of my services , however I do not begin the work until 50% has been paid - All updates and files will be heavily watermarked until 100% is paid.If you feel your commission does not reflect the standards in which I normally deliver with other pieces then I will attempt to resolve the error before issuing a refund. If after the attempted fixes you are still not happy then I will issue a 50% refund.100% Refunds are only available if I fail to deliver your commission whether it be cancellation on my end or failure to deliver on time.Chargebacks are prohibited. Issuing a chargeback after you have received your commission or in an attempt to force cancel your commission will result in a ban from me and a report on your account to VGen.SKEB/Surprise illustrations are prohibited from requesting a refund if the piece does not turn out how you expected.Once the proposal has been confirmed by both parties you cannot cancel your commission at any point. Payment plan or not.If something happens and you cannot pay your remaining balance on your commission, then I will put your project on a hold.

Revisions & Updates

I offer updates for milestones ; Sketch, Lineart, Colour and Final Render.
For some commissions, like YCH's, I will skip the colour update as most of the colours are already decided, however colours can still be fixed during the final review if needed!Please do not ask for updates too frequently - I have a Trello you can access at any time to see where your commission stands. If you require extra updates for reassurance then please communicate that with me and I will do my best to adhere to your request.During the Sketch phase you can make any alterations you would like at no extra cost, with no limits - After the sketch I will only accept small alterations for free, anything larger such as changing the pose or the outfit will result in an extra fee.

Deadlines & Delivery

I treat my set deadlines like an expected delivery date - expect your commission to arrive closer to the date listed. I guarantee delivery between roughly 1-2 months of starting unless a specific date is requested.If I need more time I will contact you before submitting a date change request.

Please only contact me on VGen regarding commissions.Please do not contact me on my social media regarding commissions or business inquiries. I often don't check these DMs and assume most people are bots.
