Terms of service

┆ GENERAL

✦ All of my work is done without the usage of AI. I intend to keep it that way. Please respect my choices.
✦ Do not edit, trace, or draw over my artwork - commission or not. If you have commissioned work from me, please ask for a touch up if something appears off or if you would like something quickly changed.
✦ Do not feed my art to AI. This includes past, present and future artwork - commission or not.
✦ Do not redistribute or repost my artwork. My work is available for all to view via social medias, so please do not claim my work as your own or post without consent from me.
✦ At this moment I only take commissions via VGen, so please only contact me on VGen regarding commissions.

┆ WORKFLOW

✦ I am a messy artist as most of my skill and techniques comes from oil painting - This is your warning that if you value perfect lines more than the final result to please consider a different artist.
✦ While my artwork will always remain the same quality and style as other pieces, I do like to experiment with new tricks and ideas when working on commissions when I feel it benefits the character and/or setting within the piece.
✦ Commissions are worked on 5 days of the week : Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat.
✦ I work on personal pieces between commissions. This not only helps me expand my skill but also prevents burn out. I will always prioritize upcoming due dates so it does not affect commission delivery.

┆ WAITLIST, QUEUES & PROPOSALS

✦ I use a waitlist & queue system to make progress on my commissions. You can view it here.
✦ Once on the waitlist you are welcome to cancel at any time without any charges.
However, frequent cancellations will have you on my do-not-serve list for future commissions.
✦ You have 1 week to respond to the commission proposal or I will cancel your order. This is unless it is communicated with me that you need more time. I am very flexible, so please don't hesitate to DM me.
✦ If you have a short due-date you can request a Bypass & Rush at a fee. This allows you to skip the waitlist and become a priority commission within my Queue. This is an additional +100% fee on your final cost.

┆ PAYMENT & REFUNDS

✦ I offer Payment Plans for all of my services , however I do not begin the work until 50% has been paid - All updates and files will be heavily watermarked until 100% is paid.
✦ Partial refunds are available if you feel I am not meeting your expectations based off of previous pieces I have completed. I do ask that you give me a chance to fix the work before we get to this point.
✦ 100% Refunds are only available if I fail to deliver your commission whether it be cancellation on my end or failure to deliver on time.
✦ Chargebacks are prohibited. Issuing a chargeback after you have received your commission or in an attempt to force cancel your commission will result in a ban from me and a report on your account to VGen.
✦ Once the proposal has been confirmed by both parties you cannot cancel your commission at any point. Payment plan or not.
✦ If something happens and you cannot pay your remaining balance on your commission, then I will put your project on a hold.
✦ I do not offer refunds for SKEB/Surprise illustrations.

┆ USAGE & RIGHTS

✦ You are okay to use my art for personal use such as a profile picture and/or banner, prints, or for self studying. Please provide credit when doing so.
✦ You are welcomed to post your commissioned artwork on social media even if I have yet to so long as you credit me appropriately.
✦ You are welcomed to print your commission for personal use. You may only sell prints of your commission if you pay for the Commercial Merchandising Rights to your piece.
✦ Please do not use my artwork for large-scale projects I have not agreed to.
✦ Do not redistribute my work. This includes merchandise and/or reposting without my consent.
✦ As the artist, I always have the Intellectual Property Rights aka the right to claim the work as my own creation and to use it for examples & portfolios.
✦ As the commissioner, you have Personal Rights by default.
✦ As the commissioner, you can pay for Monetized and Commercial rights, but you do not have it by default.**Some of my services such as emotes, panels, etc come with monetized rights included in price.
